Sont présentés dans cet article les techniques mises en œuvre et les résultats des améliorations des sols en place et des remblais dans le chantier de l’extension du port de la Condamine dans la principauté de Monaco. Ces techniques ont permis de maîtriser les tassements sous les caissons et, surtout, sous le caisson de culée, destiné à recevoir une digue semi-flottante.
Abstract
The following paper describe the techniques as well as the results obtained from the soil improvements adapted to the existing soils and the backfills for the extension of the port of Monaco. These constructions techniques permitted us to master the soil settlement under the caissons (boxes).
